It's not hard to build a box with a little research and if you have the tools. You can even get the wood at home depot and they'll cut it for you, you just have to put it together. Learn what clipping is and how to set your gains to avoid blowing your sub.
For music, look up Decaf zips I think there's 36 of them and DJSNT. Tons of rebassed between those guys

A 4th order has great output but steep drop offs in the frequency curve. I think most people are plenty happy with a regular wall if you don't have the space for a 4th. With a wall, there's so much less space in the car, it'll be louder than you're expecting.

Sign up to a car audio forum, lurk, read, ask questions. If you don't live in USA you may have very limited access to anything better so you might have to roll with what you've got. If you're in USA you have lots of good options.
Brazilians and southern bush-niggers load their cars up with those. They're loud but sound absolutely awful. The old school Image Dynamic horns actually were built for car audio, can sound amazing (with proper install and EQ), but you really need space in the right places to mount them properly so they don't work in most vehicles.

It's unlikely that doubling up power will gain 3dB from where I'm sitting... not without an "extreme" vehicle (cement filled doors, 6" bullet proof glass, etc.). I'm running current amp @ .7 ohm, amp sees appx 1.8 at my burp frequency. I plan to drop them both to .35 ohm when I get the second... they may or may not like that for music but they'll burp there no problem.
Rather defeats the purpose of an anonymous board if I ID myself, and trust me, the stuff I run is super rare so if you Google it you'd narrow it down to 2 or 3 people who post anything about it.
Even the stuff I've been posted is kind of rare, but it's mostly stuff I've sold already.
