That's the funny part, they complain about certain media being "problematic", but they aren't even consumers of that media. I seriously doubt a lot of them will go and see the movie.
They've done this many times, whether with video games, comic books, etc... these SJWs demand changes and the companies creating the media only see a net loss because a) the SJWs don't even end up buying it and b) the fans of the prior works are no longer interested.
Ultimately, I believe that when these companies see it is having a negative effect on their bottom lines, this will stop. A good next step would for this movie to be a complete bomb at the box office.
