Have any of you tapered off benzos before?
I am currently at 1 week 1 day. My head feels cloudy as fuck, headaches etc.
Sucks because I was only taking a max of 0.5 klonopin daily, then tapered off.
What did you do to curb the WD affects? Vitamins, weed or?
I am currently smoking weed but haven't smoked much before so it's hit or miss.
What did you use them 4?
anxiety/panic attacks that started because of a gym accident.

I had a lil addiction for 4 years and it probably took 6 - 7 months to actually feel normal agin.
about 6 months maybe less.

totally fine man. at one stage I though it would never go away, but it does. Just put up with it for a lil while and you'll be fine OP

eat edibles, drink lots of water, take a multi vitamin. bad withdrawals can be curbed with a low dose of blood pressure medication. but honestly .5 kpin shopuldnt be much to taper of off you fag

I went to an MD.
I explained to him that I was having extreme panic attacks, anxiety etc. I also explained I tried natural remedies such as lavender (which help) but I need something else to function and do my work.
I also told him I would not take xanax and that my father who was prescribed klonipin gave some to me and it helped.
He then prescribed me klonopin / lexapro but I didn't touch the lexapro.
But, as you can see, getting off of it sucks ass.
