Apparently the SEALs were in some sort or big cash heist from military equipment and or assets in Africa. Since over seas operations are usually joint operated (multiple US military branches working side by side) the army green beret discovered what they were planning or in process of doing and the SEALs had to assure they wouldn't get caught...
