Back in like 2011-12 before he went full cringe.
It was pretty good, 1st time I've seen someone stage-dive & actually walkand perform on top of a crowd.
Slipknot
motorhead
Slayer
Metallica
Los Caifanes
Hombres G
Wu Tang
Slick Rick
Zaap
50 Cent
A bunch of other shit I don't remember.
Zaap was easily the best.
How was rick the ruler?
Tool
Completely melted my mind. I was 100% sober and the entire show felt like a psychedelic experience.
Easy second to Zaap.
Best concert I've ever been to
I've seen him live also, was my first concert ever, good time.
Saw the R40 tour, was pretty great. 2112 is definitely best enjoyed as stadium prog.
My top 5:
1. Frank Ocean / LCD Soundsystem
2. Neutral Milk Hotel
3. Kanye
4. Radiohead
5. Sufjan
I don't see the appeal of seeing rap live. My friend went to a playboy carti concert and said all they did was hype the crowd then play the songs (with the vocals on the recording). He said he did adlibs for more of the set than actually rap the bars on the song. Seems more like theatrics than a live music performance. I'd never see a musician live who was more about their image than their actual music. I'd just get shitfaced and go to a bar.
I saw a mass execution of cis white men on stage.
it was a scene
I saw them live before Aeroplane
My favorites:
Lush
King Gizzard
Vulfpeck
Jeff Mangum
The Internet
Seeing Slowdive soon
King Crimson
This Is Not This Heat
Both were fantastic, the KC concert was about three hours long with a short break in the middle, This Heat played for about 90 minutes, I think.
Hearing A New Kind of Water live has to be the most intense thing I've ever witnessed, I felt like the world around me was falling apart.
Dwezil Zappa
Ween
King Crimson
Beck
Primus
Levitation Room
Ween was Probably my favorite, all were pretty good. If I had to pick a least favorite it would be Beck, but I had a great time

>Jeff Mangum
>King Gizzard
