In my experience, rubmaps is a good place to start. Learn the signs and the methods of the place, then start looking for yourself. Backpage massage listings and craigslist therapeutic listings are usually good. If you live in a larger city, USAsexguide has some good forums where people usually discuss places that have opened and close, and which ones have better services or girls.
