Its called a tank slapper. Oscillation from one end of the bike going back and forth to the other. It's not uncommon in bikes without a steering dampner for it to happen but is actually fairly easy to recover from, if......IF you know how.

Few ways to get out of it. Most common is to either wrestle it out if your bike is light enough or if your bike is too heavy, just fucking gun it, and your bike will straiten out.
