How come Bruges and Ghent are so popular with Spanish tourists? Literally half of the tourists we recieve are Spanish. Could a Spaniard explain this because Belgium isn't really famous around the world

I dunno, but Bruges, Ghent and Brussells are the only Belgium cities I know of

Hey op

Say something in Belgian

Oh right, there's no such thing as Belgian language

Cuck :^)

Yeah it goes without a doubt that Bruges and Ghent are our main tourist attractions

any better places than those?

The city of Ieper and it's surroundings for WW1 history; Antwerp (Belgiums 2nd city); Leuven; Mechelen; Namur; Dinant; Bastogne (WW2 history for Americans)

Visiting our rapebabies

I do not know, my parents went there and they loved everything except Brussels

they are?
they look pretty but i never heard of them, its probably the actual belgiam tourism department promoting them, not actual popularity among spaniard

wondered the same when I was visiting

In only 2 hours, is not very expensive, and is a beatiful place to go with gf..

Didn't even fucking know what Bruges was till I visited

Supposedly called Brujas in castellano which means witches.

>the shithole that is Sup Forums 2017 won't let me upload my pictures

...

Kek, well that figures. No one in their right mind likes Brussels.. well only if you're a terrorist maybe you do

In my perception the most common nationalities that visit Belgium are: Spain - UK - Germany - Japan - US

Lots of British schools and families pay a visit to the Westhoek (Ieper area) because a lot of British militarymen are burried there

Afaik the origin of "Bruges" comes from a Norse word

What do you want them to visit? Charleroi?

Jesus. The system won't let me upload my pictures, and when I do they are not correctWhat the fuck.

Yeah why not? First Charleroi and then Bruges so they can witness how superior Flemish capitalism is to Wallonian socialism

Don't vote Podemos kids

It's true, those cities are well known here and i don't even know why.

Spaniards travel a lot to other European cities, mostly in the UK, France, Belgium, Italy...

i have never been there desu, maybe because i am poor
