French has a wide toolbox of sounds and a monocord intonation at it's base it doesn't have a lot of colour but it can be made to sound amazingly good or bad.
Chinese is a fucking affront to language construction, but hearing chinese spoken at the correct pace is quite pleasant.
Japanese is good sounding but has such a narrow variety of sounds it becomes boring.
German is quite complex sounding. It isn't forced to sound abrasive as the meme goes, but even softly spoken german will sound esoteric like a demon's name or a watch's blueprint.
Italian and spanish are just very colored and without suprises. Believe all the memes you hear about it.
Russian can be fucking beautiful and has a very wide variety of sounds. It can also sound like you have a potato in your mouth depending on how you speak.
Arab sounds like sung borborygms. It is quite pleasant the way the words hook each other but the base material is meh.
English is so simple, whether it's beautiful or not comes from the accent you're hearing way of pronouncing common particles.
