The numbness/tingling is the lidocane that is used to cut the coke. If it lasted that long it is probably pretty heavily cut. Coke isnt some crazy drug. If you have ever done adderal it will basically feel like that with a lot more energy. Comedown is kind of harsh you will feel like shit for a few hours and wont be able to sleep. this is why people get addicted. they just do more coke rather than deal with the comedown.
