I know this is bait but Atrocity Exhibition is only "shit" to you because you didn't go into it with the right mindset. When I first heard it, I thought it was terrible. Even on my second and third listen I wasn't pleased. It wasn't until I devoted all my attention to the flow, the lyrics, and the beats that I realized how well composed the whole thing was. It's not some easy listen, easy to digest music like most hip hop (not saying that's inherently bad), so if you go into it the same way you go into Low End Theory you're going to hate it.
