>Blue

prepare your anus democrats

>michigan
>pennsylvania
>going red

Is this a cringe thread? Why would they go red?

>2016 florida
>red state

since when? last two elections they voted dem

...

>PA, VA, MI, CO all red

what planet do you people live on

I am convinced these threads are bait threads honestly.

increasingly

...

Will we live long enough to see cuckifornia turn red some day?

I get the feeling Trump will get the majority of votes but Clinton will win the Electoral College.

The system is literally set up to avoid someone like Trump becoming president.

Not unless Republicans somehow manage to win the hearts of Hispanics. As long as Hispanics keep approving of illegal immigration and Republicans refuse to do so, this won't ever happen.

Well Trump has been attacking the motor companies that are tearing down plants in Michigan and building them in Mexico. Lots of people have lost their jobs for a similar reason. I agree that Michigan will be harder to convince with the east side being so liberal, but with the way Trump has been fighting for the jobs of auto workers I wouldnt be surprised to see Michigan go red.

Btw Im from Michigan and so far I've noticed its either Trump or Sanders. I've actually only met a couple of Hillary supporters from Michigan.

i hope i am wrong, fuck hillary clinton, but projecting trump to get 300+ electoral college votes from states that have always voted democrat is dumb

my prediction? Communist threat: 0%.

You Cant Stump the Trump

I am not convinced hard blue states will go 180 and turn red. Michigan will stay blue no matter what.

I hate being in a blue state. I bet this whole Rick Snyder lead thing is gonna stray them away from voting Republican again.

I live in PA and can confirm that tons of people have Trump signs in their lawn and hate Hillary

Move to a red state user.

you can do it!

That literally does not mean shit. I live in Maryland and where I live there's tons of Trump signs and ZERO Hillary. Does this mean Trump is going to win Maryland?

Feel free to save. No way this is not the result on November 9th.
God bless

Michigan actually did use to vote red a lot. The past like 5 elections they have voted blue but before that they were on a pretty large streak of voting red.

On a side note I find it crazy that Reagan won California in 1980. Almost impossible to imagine them ever voting red ever again.

The current Styxhexenhammer projection. This is subject to change after each debate and with polling data in general.

>drumpfkins think he'll win
This is Jeb's election

Well perhaps I'm a little over-optimistic. But because the Democrats have been the party in power for the past 8 years, they will not do as well this election as they did last election. So basically, Trump is going to build off of Romney's 2012 map. Florida was lost withing 1 percentage point, so there's no way Trump, who has seen unprecedented primary voter turnout, will not win that state.

Ohio was lost by roughly 3%, but polls are already showing Trump to be very competitive, plus Trump's message appeals to white working class voters. For that reason, I don't think it's unreasonable to put Ohio in his column.

I'm giving him Virginia too for his blue collar support and messaging. Hillary said she wants to put the coal miners out of business, and Trump will use that to his advantage.

I also think Trump will be the first Repub in a while to win PA. Romney lost it by just over 5 points, and there are many white working class voters there as well.

Giving him just those alone puts him at 286

They're called swing states. Look into "Partisan Voter Index" (PVI). Colorado voted Clinton in 1992, Bob Dole in 96. Since 1952 Colorado has voted blue 4 times. For Virginia they've voted blue 3 times in that time.

As for Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Ohio (OH being a swing state also), Hillary is vocal about continuing Obama's "war on coal", which is heavily rooted in the economies of these states. This and Hillary's Pro-NAFTA attitude make a lot of manufacturing workers unlikely to vote for her.

>On a side note I find it crazy that Reagan won California in 1980. Almost impossible to imagine them ever voting red ever again.

It really is crazy. I guess this is what changing demographics do to you. It will only get worse as time goes on. The Republican party will have to start going liberal in social issues so the party can stay relevant.

>On a side note I find it crazy that Reagan won California in 1980. Almost impossible to imagine them ever voting red ever again.

Bush Sr. won California too. And Nixon. And Ford (tho he lost even with it). And Nixon again in 1960 (lost even with it). It's honestly pretty red through its history. But yeah, like pointed out, it's full of spics now and they just blindly vote Blue. Maybe in 2020 once we kick them out it can be Red again.
