Ask the guy who uploaded it to take it off. Did the same thing with my gf a few months ago. Not to brag, but it got around 200k hits on reddit after I uploaded it here on b. Someone took the picture and made a post about her. When I reverse image search the image, I can still find it on multiple sites that have copied the post. Nothing I could do about it. I asked the guy to take it off, he did eventually, but the pic is still around. I don't live in the US though, so it makes it a bit less dangerous.

Lol, localization data is only captured by very specific devices and only when set to do so. Most GPS camera's have the tag added, and some phones. But open the image up in paint once, re-save it. All the data is gone.
