what's the difference of siouxsie or bauhaus and goth bands to you? a lot of modern goth seems engaged in trying to recreate those bands pretty much note for note, and they certainly have the theatricality, fascination with the macabre and sensual, the poetic sensibility and whatever the rest of goth is about
