Bands You've Seen Live

Bands/Artists you've seen live thread. I've only started going to shows recently (anxiety)
>Muse, Drones Tour, 2015
>Mount Eerie, A Crow Looked At Me Tour, 2017
>Arcade Fire, Everything Now Tour, 2017
I'm going to see pic related in a month or so, anyone seen them? I'm excited so far, but I wonder how some of the new songs sound.

The last concert I saw was Melt Banana in June which was so much fun. I'm about to see Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds in about a week, I'm thinking of going to see Weezer in October, and I've actually got tickets for Japanese Breakfast in November, so I'm hoping they're good. Soft Sounds from Another Planet is my AOTY so far.

Pretty sure there's loads more.

Haven't really been to gigs in years, I stopped going to gigs and started to going to loads of raves instead after my scene/emo phase ended.

done a few this year, barely went last year.

this year I've seen alvvays, milk teeth, the wonder years, parquet courts, did the slam dunk festival (saw reel big fish, less than jake, neck deep, like pacific, zebrahead), got swmrs/the regrettes, marmozets, reel big fish (again) and frank carter and the rattlesnakes to look forward to.

most I've been to in a year.

no idea what it was like when you saw them, but for me it was pretty much the world's shittiest improv- guitar player more concerned with dicking around with his effects than playing anything worthwhile and the singer popping from her tambourine or whatever playing sessions to sing some fucking nonsense. They were the opener and the headache they inflicted almost ruined the whole experience for me. I'm still bitter in case you can't tell

the new songs are kinda neon indian-y. I liked it

saw them open for mitski along w jay som. very great live though i think i prefer their first album

Last concert I saw was Swans last year just after Glowing Man came out. Missed out on Mac Demarco and King Gizzard cause of school exams.
Gonna go see Ariel Pink in October again, his show two years ago touring Pom Pom was lit

>Ghost
>Iron Maiden
>Blue October
>Switchfoot

Do it. Best concert I've ever been to, loud, energetic, great crowd and brilliant atmosphere. Counting the days until they play near me again.

not many.

Stereolab 2002
Bowie 2004
a couple others not worth mentioning.

...festivals count

it's his last tour dude. was fortunately lucky enough to get tickets, they were quite literally all sold out once i found out about it (which was only a day after he officially announced it). get on it man.

I've been listening to Psychopomp consistently since it came out, it's become one of my top 5 all time favorite albums. There's absolutely no filler or average songs on it. Her new album is not quite as great, but still really really good.

Also Avril Lavigne. Just remembered that.

Holy fuck thanks dude. Got LA show tix

Elthon John. My parents dragged me to the Red Piano concert when I was a kid.
It was a huge waste though, because I did not come out as half-blind until about age 18.
>tfw also could have seen knife party but was too busy doing homework
