What is the longest you have been awake, Sup Forums?

How did you feel?

36 hours.
Tired.

I had about 3 hours of sleep in 3 days while working. In general I really didn’t get much sleep and worked 100 hours weeks. So with a pinch like that it was a bit too much. I was driving in a convoy real early in the morning in the mountains and could barely stay awake. I started hallucinating that I was seeing things running across the road. By the time we finally stopped I had seen everything from rabbits, deer to fucking leprechauns and trolls crossing the road.

Around 40~45 hours.

The hallucinations were... interesting to say the least. At first small things, like a flickering light that seems to flicker louder and louder and LOUDER until it's fucking zebra striped of burning light and freezing darkness yanking your eyes into a vibrating psychosis. You think you are reading but when you try to remember what you just read you don't even know the topic. Just staring at the page like a zombie.

I mean, you can get all the same symptoms from too much diphenhydramine, which is over-the-counter meds.

like 60 something hours, took around 13 mg of xanax during this 60 hours, and a lot of alcohol. i havent felt worse in my entire life

72 hours

Fucking idiot.

About 4 days, I started hallucinating.

98 hours, i felt totally awake the whole time and can recall specific events. i was sitting playing gta san andreas on my ps2, and just popped out. woke up 2 days later in my bed, i've never slept so good

Ten days is my record used an ass ton of meth but was achievable i probably slept a few hours with micro sleep in there. Shit got weird after day five just non stop visual and auditory hallucinations. Didnt leave the house at that point and the last three days were spent starring at a wall. Watching it morph. All my friends thoughti had gone to far and wouldnt come back. That experience changed me psychologically

3-4 days i was delirious but i was sick

6 days. Was seeing shadow people and hearing things. Meth is a hell of a drug.

65 hrs

tired a f

I have bipolar disorder and in during my worst manic episode I slept about 8 hours over the course of 10 days. At the end I crashed and slept for like 3 days straight only getting up to pee and smoke

changed you for better or worse?

4 days on a bender and started talking to myself and seeing people that weren’t there

I can't really stay up that long even if I tried my hardest. The longest I went was about 24 hours because of a Harry Potter marathon. I felt pretty dead after but slept for like 2 days straight.

Just have some weird visual hallucinations when im exhausted like walls breathing or ceilings stretching if that makes sense

On summer bring once it was about 30 degrees C in my room constantly and I stayed up for days just playing WoW on my laptop. I was like a zombie. Walked through the kitchen from the bathroom on my way back to my room and thought there was a pink inch worm but huge, inching it's way across the counter. Did a double take and it was actually the seal ring of a jug of milk curled up, obviously, not moving at all.

Not him, but absolutely for the worse. Meth is not good for your brain but what does the most lasting damage are those marathons of sleep deprivation.

drove trucks OTR for Werner in 2007.
Never got any sleep, so i quit.

Bro i fucking love watching shit fidget and shake when sleep deprived on meth the first days are for porn and sex, then its all about the trip. One of the reasons i used to love that shit

*Summer break. I swear my phone autocorrect is shitting the bed.

I went 5 days without any sleep whatsoever once, as the result of some medication I was put on. I forget which but it fucked me up. I couldn't sleep at all, not even an short nap or anything, it was horrible.

The only person I know to have beaten my record had been on meth at the time.

5 days. Saw colors when I closed my eyes. Was not fun. It was after surgery and it takes a lot of pain pills to help me. More than I wanted to take.

>13 years old
>was on blood pressure meds since I was about 8 to help me sleep
>never could go to sleep without them, would just lie in bed until sunrise and go on with my day
>developed terrible bags under eyes, still with me today
>go on a WoW binge one night
>Up for days, can't even remember what sparked it
>first day was fine, like any other day
>second day my body was feeling exhausted
>I barely ate enough to begin with, I was a really skinny kid but not anorexic
>was ingesting about 1000 calories a day for the entire event
>third day start hearing things, glancing over the room every now and then
>fourth day I'm experiencing vivid hallucinations, seeing myself like the guy from Limitless when he starts stumbling
>dawn of the final day
>casually conversing with figures speaking to me, no real face or body but their voices were so normal
>not even playing WoW anymore, Dalaran is just background noise
>can't remember what day it is even after checking again and again
>start losing track of where I am and what I'm doing
>black out, come to walking through hallway
>mom asks where I've been
>"I was just at daulton's"
>daulton lives a 45 minute drive away
>something inside snaps
>can't fathom how I wasn't just talking to my friend at his house moments ago
>decide it's time for dinner at what I later realized was 11am
>make a huge meal for mom, brother, aunt and uncle
>set table, prepare everything
>never actually made a dinner, just set the table and sat at it for a while
>walk over to get back on WoW after an epiphany I can't remember
>log in, black out
>wake up to finishing IcC10H at 11pm
>walk to bed, and lie in it for what seems like forever
>check my watch, it's not even 11pm yet
>black out
>wake up 2 days later malnourished, dehydrated, and entire body aching
Don't do no-sleep kids, it's bad for your health

About 3 hours, I do require drugs to get through the third

6 days, bedridden with what I think was severe influenza, didn't eat anything either, just so water. I was in bed with eyes closed often but sleep wouldn't come. It was horrible. Slept all of 7th, ate a little. A day later felt good enough to walk to the bar, bad idea. Repeated no sleep/eating for 4 more days til I finally got better.

Went from 88kg to 79kg. 7 years later at a good 76kg and more fit than ever, ty flu.

Seriously though, I'm surprised I didn't die, looking back. Ah to be 22 and still a moron.

Fucking Weeb

About 72hours without any sleep. I was extremely tired and noticed a bit of lag if I tried to do anything demanding. No hallucinations or anyhing else like that.

Isn't Xanax supposed to make you sleep?

Careful there. You're gonna cut someone with all those edges

worked a 59 hour shift once, then drove 3 hours to town, fell asleep eating christmas dinner.

Didn't feel tired, just giddy

60 hrs. Nice that you don't get more tired after about 30 hrs you just get stupid and do dumb things while hallucinating

maybe an hour or two of sleep in a 4 day period while binging on methadone. I stay away from that shit now. It was like being a zombie and i sent e-mails to my boss that were nonsense.

Tuesday was the last night I had any sleep . As in a sngle minute.

about 35 hours i think, started seeing weird shit and it was difficult to concentrate, not exactly the greatest feeling

C'est la vie

14 days when I was doing meth.

58 hours of continuous work/watch standing when i was in the navy. After 30 hours I wasn't even tired anymore, just braindead.

I worked nights for 7 years. We'd get off Friday morning and stay up til Saturday night. This after getting 3 or 4 hours of sleep a day all week. I've slept 18 hours before from pure exhaustion. After a while you start to feel drunk. Tired as fuck. Muscles hurt. I quit because I realized that on some days I was praying for death. I'm a NEET neckbeard right now but mentally so much better.

Its supposed to lower anxiety

At least they weren't swing shifts. We did the exact same thing but got blasted drunk so we would sleep a day and a half to adjust to the new week. Membership only bars fucking rule.

i went 138 hours without sleep, very close to 6 days, I have chronic insomnia, these days were terrible for me, I started hallucinating on day 3, i had a terrible headache after day one, i started shaking and shit and every day was just a little worse and worse, tbh idk how it fucking happened and i hated every moment of it, i still have chronic insomnia and i still get little to none sleep every single night, I want to die.

By making you very sleepy. Even people with insomnia take xanax so I don't see how taking large doses of xanax can make you stay awake for days.

48 hours. My sleep schedule for fucked up and nothing else worked so I just nuked it over a weekend.

10 days
after 24 hours you start to hallucinate
apparently you're more likely to die younger if you dont get enough sleep

there's also that time that i went about 6 weeks without "sleep".
i guess you can say sort of because sometimes i would fall asleep just never past 3 hours

72-76 hours, I was a kid playing RuneScape. I don't remember, fucking fell asleep on my keyboard

also at about 80 hours I begin to forget where I am and what I'm doing and eventually pass out somewhere. I've gone longer than this in emergencies and really the only thing that tiers you to concious thought is adrenaline.

It takes a wicked toll.

>be me
>8 y/o
>at my grandmas house
>at the guest room
>she didn't have actual tv
>weird ass cable that had no actual menu
>find this show
>watch it for five days

It's CNS depressant, but if you've ever drank at a time when you were "beyond help" you might believe in the bodies' amazing ability to resist intoxication when it thinks it is in danger aka can't get drunk when your heart is broken

When I was 19, I stayed up for 4 consecutive days while I was at a Christian music festival in Illinois called Cornerstone. By the third day, I was having trouble standing and I was acting delusional. I remember throwing fireworks into people's campfires, throwing apples at people, locking a row of porta-potty's so that people were forced to use one that was covered in shit, throwing fireworks into cars, driving erratically, things like that. I crashed on day four and slept for 4 or 5 hours and then stayed up for 24 hours straight again. I would never last 48 hours now. We used to drink a lot of Surge.

youre an idiot
thats exactly what cable was like before becoming streamed or satellite.

6 or 7 days on amphetamine

felt anxious and fucked

As soon as a work longer than 24 I feel like i can go forever

2 days.

tired.

35 - 40 hours, but there may have been episodes of microsleep towards the end.

Tired.

I know, right? I was in the middle of maintenance when my divo made me go to sleep

36 hours. I went to pick my dad at the bus station, crashed the car against a truck

a week
>hallucinations
>stared at my hands for what were apparently hours and hours
>suddenly decide I’m kinda tired on the 7th day
>sleep 8 hours and wake up fine

Was up for 3-4 days once. I was seeing the long finger-like legs of facehuggers from aliens scuttling about underneath of things while i was working my 12 hour shift at work

traveled from here in Canada to Europe a couple times and stayed up the entire flight+ a day so was up about 50-60 hours straight both times, started hallucinating at the 40hr mark then had the best fucking sleep you could imagine

36 hours, ~20 without food/water. Nothing like any of these drug/mental illness stories. A few summers ago I rock climbed a mountain with family and we reached the summit too late to safely climb back down. We ended up climbing down as soon as dawn hit but got lost as we were dehydrated, hungry, and hadn't slept all night. Oh yeah, and it was about 50 degrees farenheit while we were in tank tops and shorts.

6 days. I went completely psychotic, believing aliens were coming to pick me up. I heard people talking to me when they weren't. I tried to run out of the hosoiral but they caught and had to sedate me. I was in the hospital for 4 weeks and wasn't the same for a couple of years

You sound dumber than hell.

>couple days
Tired.

72 hours. Was binging Ocarina of Time and although I felt pretty tired, I was too focused on that to feel much else.

in highschool i was on adderall and didnt know anything about it. id stay up night after night and kinda sleep through class if needed.

4 days is what i can remember being the longest. i was ultra cranky and i may have cried a couple times from being scolded lightly..

now i rec on meth i wont let myself go passed 2 1/2 without forcing myself with other drugs. im not a good or happy person after 3.

>i was ultra cranky and i may have cried a couple

Probably just a normal fucking day for you.

1 week. FUCKED UP AS HELL. After a point, I stopped feeling everything - emotions and all that.

Funny thing is, jacking off kept me awake lol

Itt: meth users.

4 days, didn't eat either. Shit was SO cash. Felt like death

4 days. It was a long time ago, in a galaxy that you live in. Internet had come around, and I got myself a PC from Bestbuy for about 1000 dollars with a 2 year MSN ISP dialup contract (a Compaq with a 700mhz athlon and a whopping 250 gig hd)........ Once I got on, it was like crack. Firetalk (like Omegle, without video) Yahoo chatrooms, MSN poker and spades!!! It was bliss!!! I went back to work on Friday only to pass out during lunch. Thru couldn't wake me up. I got fired.

48 hours playing video games and watching movies. Felt like shit. I ended up passing out asleep in the hall of my dorm when I couldn't find my keys that were dropped a few feet away.

Around 50 hours or so.
I remember driving in the dark and having slight hallucinations of people being on the road and wild animals running across. I guess just to keep my mind alert and not falling asleep behind the wheel.

Honestly 26 hours maybe. I was driving through Wyoming in the middle of the night and started hallucinating like seeing horses run across the road. Thats when I knew I had to stop. Idk how you guys stay up for multiple days.

I stayed awake 11 days.

Will not do it again.

In reality, we don't realize what is going on in our world around us.
The walls. They are alive. They spoke to me.

"Go to sleep."

50 hours. Spent it playing D2 with 2 of my friends. Stayed fueled up with Mtn Dew Code Red and Totino's pizza rolls. One crashed at 40, next at 48. I just felt sleepy, no hallucinations or anything. I regularly do 36 hours, mostly on weekends. Always aim for 40, but it's rough.

4 day meth binge. Ended up running through a casino because I thought people were following me. So to disguise myself I ran to the bathroom and soaked my shirt in the sink to turn it from light gray to a slightly darker gray. Nobody was chasing me, I was now cold and wet and hid under a parked car for a few hours all sneaky like. Good times.

those leprechauns are little assholes.

36 hours. The hardest part is around 4 am. Once daylight hits you can force yourself to go a whole nother' day without too much effort.
