imagine growing up in the 70s, you go over to a friends house and he's playing an album by the VU and you've never heard anything like it. You want to start a band soon, and you're massively inspired by VU. You get good enough at guitar and become a studio musician for musicians who don't like playing instruments anymore. You're called into the studio one day to play for someone: you walk in and it's your guitar idol, Lou Reed! You want desperately to impress him, you sit down eagerly to hear a rough of the song that's so difficult to play he couldn't play it himself. He puts on a demo of Original Wrapper.
You go home that night and cry.
