I propose a motion to establish a committee which will create a new system of measurement using either base 16 or base 12.
The committee will consist of either two(2) or three(3) of the MPs with the highest IQ's.
The new measurement system should have its own nomenclature so as to differentiate it from the already existing customary and metric systems. Nevertheless, it may borrow units from said systems in order to simplify conversion between units. It should include units of measurements for AT LEAST the following: length, weight, mass
The new measurement system will be used exclusively in all future legislation.
