Relying on others for your happiness is not a good thing. However people are inherently social creatures so having no social interaction will understandably weigh on a person. The best thing to do is to figure out what you actually can do to make your situation better, things that do not depend on the actions of others but solely on your own actions. Trying to find an outlet to socialize even a little is good for a person though, Sup Forums can be that kind of outlet so it doesn't mean you have to go do normie™ activities to socialize.
