I'd think as for the member selection, a obvious choice would be sana, because she's can pretty much pull off everything and has good stage presence and meme potential+visuals.
Slutpop or grilcrush would be pretty dance focused so you should consider choosing an impactful dancer for a unit, which would probably be momo. Both of their vocals wouldn't be impactful enough ro pull off a stronger concept tho, so you should choose someone who can sing (twice can't into singing haHaaa 12 btw). Nayeon may be uggo but her dancing is very expressive so she'd be a viable choice. Put in cub for the rap or leave her out for all i care, but i thing if it's a girlcrush concept, a rapper should be mandatory.
Mina is eliminated because she's not really good at attracting the spotlight and she might get outshined by the other members.
I'd say cub is better at rapping than dubu and fits with a hiphop heavy concept. If you go for cuteness you should reconsider switching out cub for dubu tho.
Tzuyu is a visual and has big popularity so you could consider putting her in for meme points, but she may just fare better in a different unit. Worm and jhyo are good vocals so one of them should be picked for filling the vocal position
