Let me lay down a couple facts for you:
If the companies which hire immigrants were forced to pay them the same wage they would others then they wouldn't hire the immigrant if he performs worse thus securing less jobs for people who want economic benefits unless they're willing to compete. Right now immigrants are paid less-than and making the competition a race to the bottom in terms of who will work the most for the least.
If nations expected a minimum contribution before offering government services like welfare to immigrants then people would again be less likely to come since they wouldn't be enabled to take advantage of a system which encourages them to take more than they give.
A couple simple fixes that will never be made because the situation as it is now gives the results Leftists work toward : Slavery under a strong central government who tells them like the retards they are when to shit and when to eat.
