Fuck you and your bait

Um, sweetheart...
>gross

Pick one and only one
Reddit has had enough of Moz
youtube.com
The local college station used to play Morrissey - Istanbul regularly but stopped many months ago. I loved that track. I downloaded dozens of other tracks by him and sifted through them trying to find something I liked... no luck. Does he have any other music that is similar to Istanbul or are there any other artists with this style?

lol when did this board become so fucking faggy
"gross"
did it upset your poor tummy when moz said something controversial?
it's just okay
I don't like watching the news either
kinda relieved hearing him sing that chorus honestly
he's being ironic
we all hate mudslimes here
every intelligent person hates mudslimes
this board is like 3/4 pure faggot tho
it sounds like a generic morrissey song to me
what do you like about it? the scraping guitars?
try this
youtube.com
most of them are ironic posters
depends on what thread u go in though i guess
I guess the massive bass line is what grabbed me first, but I also really dig the lyrics. The way the're spaced out a bit, giving you time to digest each line, even if you not really paying attention is interesting. They're also very literally telling a story, a sad one. It remind me of an old country song, just from halfway around the globe and composed completely differently.
wow this is pretty good
here's morrissey's/smiths' sad story songs

The man is 58 years old- can you really expect him to make consistently good music? As for the single, it was actually not bad. I don't have much a desire to listen to it again, but yeah, not bad at all.
Thank you for the recommendations!
great song. looking forward to the album. actually takes a bit to have a chorus blasting the news in this climate. glad he doesn't give a fuck
Whats age got to do with it?
not really that bad
lyrics are cringy
This sounds better than anything on his last album tbqh
Anyone notice the amount of pitch correction on it? I mean it's not a huge amount but it's a bit too noticeable in parts.
I don't mind it.
What's wrong with it? Sounds like normal solo Morrissey to be honest.
Only paranoid about news.. and rightly so.
I thought the lyrics were really good.
Most musicians decline with age. Not sure why as that's not usually the case for other artists such as writers, painters and filmmakers.
>this board is like 3/4 pure faggot tho
Why does that mean you like muslims then?
I mean gays should hate muslims, the ideology conflicts completely.
I think he's the only artist I've heard that hasn't pandered to the sheepthink.
fucking trash
Not bad. Just sounds like regular Morrissey.
Physical ability has to be a major factor. Plenty of classical composers put out some of their best received work late in life. Verdi with Otello for example.
It's not that bad, I like some of the lines. Sounds like standard solo Morrissey to me. What's all the fuss about?
