If you tell someone to kill themselves, and then they do it, should you be blamed for their decision? No

Looks like more work for Maisie Williams when the biopic comes out.

If you say it in passing? No. It's distasteful but you shouldn't be held legally responsible for it.

Now, if you did what that evil little cunt did a few months back where you kept pushing for months for a guy to kill himself and that if he loved you he would commit suicide? Fucking firings squad is too good for you. That bitch was pure evil and there's a special place in hell for her.

He even said he didn't want to and that he was scared. That's some fucked up shit.

...

if you induce someone or compel them to commit a crime, you can be held responsible.

Suicide isn't a crime.

She wasn't doing it for months, and she never said if he loved her he should do it.

And that somehow makes it excusable?

...

You can even see in those texts, he wanted to do it. She told him "I thought you wanted to do it" she said that because he had been telling her he wanted to do it for months. She just started agreeing with his own desires. Anyway even if he hadn't been wanted to kill himself, nothing wrong with telling someone to kill themselves, and if they do it, it's still all on them and not your fault.

...

No, she pushed him. He kept stalling and instead of encouraging him to live, she encouraged him to go through with it. Dude literally said, "I'm freaking out again." and she keeps telling him to do it.

>should you be blamed for it?

Well yeah if you are seriously trying to get in their head like this bitch did, yeah you should be blamed for it, dude wouldnt have done it otherwise, probably...

>Should she be CHARGED with anything?

I dont know. She is an immoral bitch but dude did it to himself and shouldnt have been such a pussy so maybe he got what he deserved anyway... maybe drop her off in Syria and let the mud slimes have a go at her... but I dont think if I were on a jury I'd be able to find her guilty of anything but being a bitch

I bought a pornhub account and now I can jack off knowing that I can save videos that I want to watch and I can come back to them later

Yes it is.. illegal in many countries.. can't really punish the suicidee but you can punisch anybody who helps.

She already encouraged him to live for months, he kept saying he wanted to kill himself, so later she told him to. Either way it was his decision. His own fault he made he made the decision to kill himself.

Obviously I'm talking about america, the country this took place in.

No way to know if he would or wouldn't have done it otherwise, he had already tried to kill himself multiple times before so he probably would have done it again even if this girl never existed. But either way she shouldn't be blamed for his decision.

So if I tell someone to commit a murder and I plan it for them and encourage them repeatedly to do it and I follow up to make sure it's done then I lie about it and cover it up, am I not guilty of something?

Telling someone to commit a crime is incitement and a crime. Suicide is not a crime. Also in that case, there would be a victim, the person who got murdered against their will, in this case, the person agreed to die and did it completely themselves, therefore there is no victim and nothing bad happened.

If you think she did nothing wrong your as fucked in the head as she is or worse. Or your trying to fuck some super feminist and think defendibg this cunt will get lil willy near the sarlac pit

What did she do wrong

Think they were separated at birth? Both about the same age I think.

sweet. I just bookmark vids I like from motherless

No, unless the person is a juvenile or mentally ill or something that causes their judgement to be impaired.

Think there's a pretty big difference between telling someone something and coercion.

Like if said person is clinically depressed or suicidal?

This argument boils down to this: if you tell someone who is of sound mind to kill themselves, they will not. Anyone who does kill themselves at someone else's behest wasn't okay to begin with, so this is kind of a bit of a redundant detail to comment on, isn't it?

Yes in coercion you have to threaten someone into doing something. She never did that.

No, being sad doesn't mean you can't make your own decisions.

...

If the ATF recruits you to run guns as part of a sting, and you do it, should you be immune from the consequences just because somebody else told you to do it? Or are your actions ultimately yours and yours alone?

...

our queen

>dude want's to off himself
>tells girl about it
> girl doesn't give a fuck
>dude insists
>girl take the bait, ok do it
>dude kill self
>girls is judged by the mistakes of another person.
>because merica

Do we have freewill?
