Just grab couple of songs you like in the genre you listen most too. and tune your equalizer to that... PLUS it all depends on what kind of headset you have, and at what bit-rate your pc is set for the audio...

I use TransAtlantic Duel With the Devil. You get a fair range of different dynamics in it. I wouldn't use the youtube version linked though.
