'Earthlings' is one hell of a disturbing documentary about the mistreatment of animals (not that I give a shit, I love meat).
Also, 'Shoah' is a legendary documentary about the Holocaust. 9 hours long without any stock footage.
But if you don't have 9 hours to spare simply check out 'Capturing the Friedmans', an incomparably fucked up account of one family's decent into rape and child porn accusations (hard to recover from that whether it's true or not).
