It's real, I had it when I was in Stockholm on vacation. It's fucking amazing but you can feel the heart attack just creeping near with every bite.

My local pizzeria serves huge rolls, size of an average mans arm.
And just packed with kebab meat, lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, garlic sauce and other goodies.
If you want extra diabetes you order a "king roll", same thing but with fries and cheese in it.
