Nick Cave turns 60

...tomorrow.

What are your favorite works of his? I've been listening to a lot of Abattoir Blues / The Lyre of Orpheus lately.

...

Your Funeral... My Trial is my favorite album from him. I think every song is perfect. From Her to Eternity and Let Love In follow behind it. I think Henry's Dream is often overlooked.

>son walks off a cliff like a looney tunes cartoon

...

you ever get the feeling mark kozlek is complaining about people like you?

Who cares about what Mark thinks.

this or the good son, both masterpieces

hes a bad seed

Actually going to see him next Monday, pretty excited.
Yeah, Henry's Dream is my favourite album of his. John Finn's Wife is an absolutely brilliant song.

there isn't anything that mark doesn't complain about
eventually he'll make an album complaining about making albums that complain about his own complaining
it's over for him

Hell be fine

Masterpiece

He's a hack, who gives a fuck

he won't make it to tomorrow

>Your Funeral... My Trial

heck yes

dubs and Nick lives forever

This or No More Shall We Part

i like the good son the most. the chamber arrangements and the subtler sense of gloominess work really well. i haven't heard a bad album from cave yet, however.

>What are your favorite works of his?

kek

I don't

you don't what, user

Lawless, Nick Cave wrote and scored it.

Murder Ballads is GOAT

did they fugg?

That one's annoying, although that collab with PJ Harvey is great.

How many of you guys first discovered him through Dumb & Dumber?
