Qamishli (NE Syria)
Afrin - Nubl (NW Aleppo prov.)
Sheikh Maqsoud district (Aleppo city)

In those last 2 cooperation between Kurds and Syrian gov goes pretty well. In the former 2 there have been some sporadic clashes, but overall they tolerate eachothers presence.
