it's obvious to everyone your the one posting these threads. you're a fuckhead and your music is disingenuous and it's obvious to anyone who has a soul
Pic related. She's my friend, and it's her debut single. Basically, she's spreading it to mainstream sources, while I'm showing it to the grassroots places.
>soundcloud.com/mileycurseword/lala starting off spooky and then a scream I'm digging this oh shit this is nice. it reminds me of a hip-hoppier version of the Violent Femmes?
Damn the voice at the beginning of The sneeze reminds me of the residents youtube.com/watch?v=DdeNVkVbpC4&feature=youtu.be&t=50s I like the lazy flow. The kick sounds a bit too "far away" to me but I guess that's what you wanted.

heres some heat prod by gfbeats from the collab project coming nov
Your stuff reminds me a lot of the Japanese 90s underground psych movement, bands I love like White Heaven. I like it but I think you could do with having it recorded/mixed/mastered better, while still maintaining that stylistic hazy sound.
>Is the production sound a stylistic choice? Yes and no, We didnt have a huge amount of time to record and our bandleader cant mix and decided to put a shit ton of reverb on everything for some reason that i havent talked to him about though. We're definitely going to have our LP mixed and mastered professionally as long as i save my loonies.
not a fuckhead and being disingenuous isnt inherently a bad thing imo. it fun and silly but interesting.
>white rapper stop
well done but cliched
nice job. really great build. lke the electronic drums a lot over sparse angsty guitar stuff. then the climactic part at the end is great.

I did this beattape here with a guy who is a freelance producer, he's got a lot of international clients, and offers mixing and mastering services for people overseas. For mastering he charges $30 per song, and if I remember correctly £15 (pounds) per hour for mixing. You can contact him through our bandcamp page if you're interested.
This is great. I love the way that it's produced, that super hazy sound really adds to it. Also, that outro on Deep Space Nine is soooo good.

lol your musics not at a level where you should be dishing out that much money for mixing and mastering...
Julian Nelson
fucking awful imo. this is the type of shit if i hear playing i leave.

>implying you know anything It's a lo-fi beat tape, if you look closely you can see how everything was put there deliberately...
Joshua Scott
yea just watch a 5 minute youtube audacity mixing tutorial and you could achieve the sound youre going for yourself... no one should be paying for professional mixing and mastering unless their labels paying for it or their internationally known act.
