I blame this album for giving creative power to new age music. The album itself is not terrible, but the legacy...

New Age is the shit
It's not made for unenlightened minds such as your own

Here's a pretty "wonderful" album;
>Bombino - Azel. (46 mins. Tishoumaren). Sample: youtube.com/watch?v=HRm7NkLXKjQ.

I could never quite understand the appeal of CAN to be honest, then I'm not well-versed in Krautrock. The only real track I particularly liked from them was Mother Sky. Are there any major pre-requisites or articles that could perhaps allow me to enjoy them more, if possible?

That piano player is hilarious

listen to Tago Mago, the drumming is what makes me keep coming back

I've listened from Monster Movie to Future Days though I could only really get myself interested in Monster Movie and Ege Bamyasi. Tago Mago didn't really do anything for me to be honest, I'm certainly going to give it many more listens though I'm not sure if I'll come out thinking its anything extraordinary. I'll certainly pay more attention to the drumming.
