Whether he meant that he misses being enough of a newfag to enjoy himself in this current environment, or meant that Sup Forums's quality has diminished over the years would be arguing semantics.
Though I can say for sure that Sup Forums wasn't as full of dicks as it is today. What little dicks were being posted back in the days was meant to gross people out as a sort of secret ironic teen board culture type of thing. The people acting like faggots ironically attracted real faggots who felt they were in pleasant company like that quote in that picture and the rest is history.
