In his speeches he cannot remember names of places or people. he constantly changes his train of thought. he contradicts himself constantly in the span of a few minutes. he covers by using nicknames for people or places. experts all over the world can see these as early stages of dementia.

Actually it cuts taxes for everyone and yes I wanted the corporate tax rate to go from the highest to at least a more manageable average. The debt issue is not an issue when the increased gdp and tax revenue that will prov is taken into account. There are also provisions in the bill incase gdp growth isn't as high. At the end of the day the left can't complain, worst case it adds 1.5 trillion over 10 years, Obama added 10 trillion in 8. You've lost the right to be outraged.

Of course a doctor cannot diagnose him and release it publicly. it is protected by HIPAA.
