I can get a good one in my country for 7000 euro.

>3 series
>every person and their dog has one

Pretty sweet ride
I got e39 as it's my dream car

Get a Honda, OP. The parts for that BMW alone will kill your budget. It WILL break down. Honda’s don’t.

>163 hp loooooooool

mfw someone tires to compare honda to bmw

Kupi ga odma :) Ljubi brat!

Diesel? Kill yourself.
The amount of shit that comes out of the exhausts of them is nearly criminal. There's no reason why anything weighing less than 3.5 tonnes should be powered by diesel.

Wish we had those in the states. Get it. BMW 325i was my first car and it was great. Took a ton of abuse. Never failed me. Most importantly, it saved my life more than few times. Good brakes. Sharp steering can actually make a difference.

A 325i and 320d are completely different.

Mainly just the engine is the difference. 90% of the car is the same.

Yes the character of the engine will be different but the braking and driving dynamics should be virtually the same. I have driven these cars in EU and US. They are all tight and composed. Not "completely different".

Thats why 95% of every car I have ever owned was a bmw.

So you're a massive wanker then for actively wanting to drive BMWs.

yeah completly unrealistic
hondas are way more reliable

>for 7000 euro
spend another 1000 euros and get a brand new Sandero you absolute moron

Yea pretty much. I dont use my turn signals and i make everyone on the road submit to my superiority.

better than driving a beta car.

Buy it, if you are a from Albania, Romania, or a slav, it Will be perfect for you

Virgin here would like to get a e46 330ci. Heard it is pretty reliable.

330ci is great but be ready to work on it.

At 100k miles cooling system needs work. Radiator might burst and water pump should be replaced. Easy job

For e46 make sure you check the subframe for cracks. See if the car had the subframe reinforment recall done.

Other than that its the usual stuff for buying a car.

There is some slav speak in OP pic
look at that case where you put the registration plate in

E39 here... I would only do it if you can work on your own cars because mechanics will take advantage and charge you more because its a "bmw". Also if you are willing to spend extra money on parts since they will be more expensive, especially anything electronic like sensors. Brakes are relatively low cost. ABS units are go bad in some of these bimmers also ans they are expenive to replace ans also require coding from dealership or someone that has the software which you can find for free online and use a laptop with cable for your car.

Our environment doesn't matter. It will still be here long after we are all gone.

Ok definitely serbian / croatian so slav, don't buy it, it has more than 300k km and engine is already dead

+1 for this. You need to be willing to DIY and google issues.

I have been through all sorts of bmws. NEW and OLD. e92 m3s, e70 x5, e46 m3, z4s, e36 m3, e60 m5, ect ect

Out of all of those, the one that I still have and will never sell: e39 m5. The e39 is the best all around car. Sure there are faster ones but this is by far the best bmw I have ever owned.

If I could have any car I'd have a Ford escort
Sweetest mix of near death and control

Buy a VW phaeton you pussy.

Go ahead and get that used bmw you deserve it just remember this thread when you are paying out the ass for maintenance and parts just so you can say “I drive a bmw”

I wish mine was an M5... I think the m3 e46 and e39 m5 are the best and they are actually going up in value...

What's the year on her? 7K Euro seems pretty steep, especially for a 320d. Locally in the USA I can find a ton of 325/328i's for under 7K Freedom dollars. Try to shoot for something over 100k miles used, I know that sounds stupid, however in my experience with the e90's things like Hoses, pumps, and radiators tend to fail around the 100k mark. Make sure you check with the owner for it's service history to see if he has replaced them in the past, and how long ago it was.

I own a 2006 325i with 196000 miles on her and the only major issue I had (only had her about a year and a half) was the fuel filters that were leaking. Damage ended up being like 500$ but I don't think that's too terrible considering I got the car for 2100 USD.

I would highly recommend going for something slightly older if it means getting a 328i, while you might not get a cool display or full blue-tooth audio, you should still have an aux cable for tunes and he extra 50+ horses will be much more fun.

the 2.0d is the worst engine bmw make. if you buy one make sure you have an extra $1000+ saved for when the timing chain shits itself (and it will) its located at the back of the engine which means removal of the engine to sort and pray its done no other engine damage

all timing belts shit themselves about 80k miles.

The most common car for poorfags who want to impress

does it say timing belt fucktard?
it says timing chain. and that wank engine usually shits them out any time after 30k miles
also no modern bmw engine has a timing belt they all have chains

>parts expensive
>wut is the used parts market on 17 year old German cars
You sound like my grandad

mine has gears because im not fucking poor. cunty chops.

I've had nothing but problems with mine don't get a bmw
