People seem to laugh if I say anything wrong. I'm forced to take gym class and the same guys will repeatedly hit me in the balls when the teacher isn't looking and other people just laugh at it. Same class we were all having to just run back and forth and a guy pulled my shorts and boxers down, everyone laughed, teacher didn't see it and then like 10 minutes later the same kid did it again in front of like everyone and the teacher literally laughed out loud. A different class had a kid fart in my face. Another class this guy will always do things like loudly say, "Hey, user. Why are you staring at (some girl)'s ass." Kids will put salt or something on my food or drinks at lunch to make it disgusting. People call me ugly, stupid, retarded, etc. I'm a laughing stock.

To me it kinda sounds like you have a touch of loneliness and depression from inactivity/not connecting with anyone face to face. Force yourself away from the keyboard and make yourself join something social. It doesn't have to a super high-intensity sport or even something your good at or suited to. Being bad with no pressure can be fun too, it teaches you to not care about something you know doesn't matter and kill that social anxiety.
I hope you do this man, it will feel awful at first but stick with it and you'll feel so much better in yourself. If you're in college now there'll never be an easier time to jump into some club or fun sport with no investment and commitment, and you'll feel the benefits of getting comfortable with the uncomfortable for years.

Start working out, gains never hurt when you’re concerned with becoming more attractive. Learn to style yourself, and never be afraid to look into fashion trends. Groom yourself and stay hygienic.
