I don't know much about jazz, but I can get down to Charles Mingus' "Mingus Ah Um", as well as John Coltrane's "Blue Train", maybe check those out, as far as I know they're pretty bouncy and fun like the Cuphead OST, but that's only if you're looking for a jazz rec.
Honestly I would also dive deep into Ragtime music as a genre if you're looking for more stuff similar to that, although don't leave jazz in the dust. I can't help you with any recs there, so good luck, I'd start with searching something up on either Google or RateYourMusic.

Cuphead is great. The game as a whole has a ton of effort put into it. Besides the fitting soundtrack, all the art is hand-drawn with only a few computer generated effects. And as an actual game, it's well designed. None of that bullshit where you have a huge health meter and can cheese a boss by purposely getting hit by weaker attacks to make use of invincibility frames. You have 3 or 4 HP and you need to learn to dodge attacks. Was very happy slapping $20 on it, still working on beating it.
