when the isle of man, jersey, gurnsey etc have there own flag how do the real countries of the uk (Scotland, England, Wal1es, Northern Ireland) not have there own flag. pic related

We have always had dynamic IP's in Britain but when they are allocated they always tend to be regional. I check with different sites sometimes and although they hop around a bit, they are usually within a 15 mile radius of where I am.
