That's not to say this album is perfect. Its quite flawed, especially with how repetitive some parts on some songs get, but I think the good outweigh the bad.
Not a mind melt listen like Bottomless Pit, but not a bad way to waste 40 minutes.

This is the biggest lie spread to denigrate the achievements of their later discography. Yes, later Skrewdriver had some duds (lookin' at you, "Back in Black" cover), but anyone unironically claiming this is either deluding themselves, lying to others in a desperate bid to steer others away from their best material or just simply has shit taste.
Everything they did after, including "After the Fire" and even "The Strong Survive", is better than "All Skrewed Up".

Some of the instrumentation is overall pretty solid.
The biggest issues is that the lyrics, despite what they want to accomplish, are way more shallow than they should be.

They were one of the best punk bands of their time. I'm not even white but those early albums get your toe tapping. Lots of other UK punk at the time was art school shit which is okay but sometimes I just need something dumb and hard as nails. UK Oi in general is pretty good for that and (in most cases) the less PC, the better.

I think the closest we got to finding out Doug's actual views was where he said that Strasserism and National Bolshevism were a thing and that they were more complex and interesting to him than Nazism and fascism and sort of implied that if he was anything he would be in the former instead of the latter. But I don't know when that interview was, so he could have different views now than he did back then.
