This was another early pick
Led Zep IV, still have it to this day, still sounds great.
Got it as a gift when I was maybe 5 (1995). As silly as it might be today, still nostalgic for me.
First album I bought with my own money. Still love it.

The College Droput was the first I ever bought with my own money
I was a young kid when I heard of catchy pop music and I wasn't aware of the meme until later.
But still funny.
I wasn't even really into music until this album, I just listened to whatever my friends were playing or 1 or 2 singles from some "alt" rock band.
lol
This was mine too, user.
We're firstalbumsoulmates.
>ecchi album covers
Captain Jack was the shit. I wonder if my friend still has the cassette I got him for his bday once.

I had a lot of CDs, but this was the first one I purchased with my own money
Nice! My dad showed me this one, he has always been into cool, unusual music and he introduced me to a lot of good bands over the years.
...
It's not the best Queen lp but it's still good.
First one with own money for me, and I only got it for the first track (Let's Get It Started - Black Eyed Peas) cause my dad and I liked to play Sims: The Urbz on gamecube and it got me fucking pumped at 10yo. Also I remember 10yo me was against pirating songs lmao.
I thought the CD sucked overall tho cus most of the songs were slow and girly and I remember Through the Wire used to piss me the fuck off but now I dont mind it or yeezy in general lol. Also that was when I didn't know the original BEP song was "Let's Get Retarded" and I guess if I ever heard the track again I'd prefer the way "Get it started" sounds compared to "Get retarded". Just kinda flows better.
Anyway thx for the trip down memory lane OP.
had this too, good times..
best imo, what one's your fav?
This or Caifanes.
I've been here for so long
...

first I ever bought with my own money
pic related my mom bought it even tho I asked her for Dead Letter by the Rasmus, anyway I did liked some songs from this, it was the new Lenny and I was like 10 or 11
this was my sister's first one but I listened more than her and eventually steal it
this was also another of my sister that I got when she quited her emo phase, also this was the first album I loved from start to end, remember going to the library to listen it because I didnt have an mp3
this was my first
Holy shit OP, are you me?

My art teacher in elementary school had this and would play it during class for us.
The first album I ever bought was Who Let the Dogs Out
Same, first physical album I bought
Fuck yeah. We used to be able to bring CDs to my art class in elementary school and I was the coolest kid for bringing this to class.
I still enjoy them from time to time.
For my friend's birthday
