Nope. Furaffinity is about 10 years behind, not necessarily a bad thing but it's not like youtube where it auto populates past content.
You only get submissions after you follow someone. If you want past content, go to their own FA page and look through their gallery.

Browser plugin is what I have (furaffinity downloader on Chrome), but I'm fairly certain that a desktop program would exist. It does not alter the raw filenames so you can sort them as you would a normal file from FA
