Wants to reform the EU into a white nationalist superstate and legalise weed. He's not contesting this election and nobody takes him seriously anyway. Not voting for one of the two main parties is pretty much a wasted vote.
Some Arabs especially the Lebanese, Tunisians and Moroccans claim to understand Maltese pretty well however Maltese can usually only get a few words here and there when listening to Arabs talking.

You'd be accepted here and don't worry about not knowing the language, plenty of non-Maltese speaking eastern european workers here. Not sure how the citizenship thing works though.
