Sometimes you have to do those shitty retail jobs until a real job comes along.

This. Take the shitty jobs you self entitled prick

Same here.

But I had an emotional breakdown after losing my job, nobody would hire me in this state. My boyfriend says it's okay but I can tell he's starting to get stressed and will probably end up resenting me.

Many camgirls only show their body, some not even nude to a point where they're anonymous and they still get paid a shit ton

i know you think im not applying for the shitty jobs
you'll have to take my word that i didnt have enough experience to work behind the bar i applied for and a better candidate applied for the retail job i applied for...should i just lie about experience?

This was me after I lost my design gig....im now a full time graphic designer again

jheeez thats awesome how did you become a graphic designer, shit that was my dream job but i gave up on that because i didnt know how to get in the industry

You applied for ONE retail job?
And didn't get hired?

WOOW I WONDER WHY.

Send two applications a day. You will land a job. Stop being lazy.

WHERE DO YOU LIVE. MAYBE ONE OF US COULD HELP YOU.

Call up your local air force recruiter.

Then write a better CV learn to interview better obviously the problem is you are a boring little cunt flap

You first have to dothe study. This should net you a badass portfolio with which to apply to design jobs. Do work experience at studios during study.
If all interviews fail join a temp agency for freelance design work. Build connections. Get hired.

England, most of you are probably american i assume

Go for it, meng! The RAF needs eager young lads like yourself to keep King and Country safe.

Convict here.

Do charity and unpaid work. Want to work in retail then work in a charity shop for free. Want to work in a bar work in a community cafe for free. Take free courses. I am 30 left school with zero qualifications zero experience I have never not been able to to get a job. Set your site's low get experience it's easier to get a job when you have a job. I once spent a month picking vegtables in the freezing cold by hand with 50 other people non of which spoke any English. I got paid about 1/3 minimum wage but it got me a job with the company that porcesses said veg earning more than mine wage Inna warm office

i studied it at college, then went to university for a year and dropped out because i couldnt afford to live so far away from home (didnt really plan any of it out). kinda want to go back to university and finish it at my cities university...but im 21 my family tell me im too old for that now and i missed my chance

been thinking about charity work i think thats probably my best bet, thanks user reading that kinda inspired me a little guess there is always hope i hope you are doing well now

I didnt do uni. Just college. Get your folio sorted and join a temp agency.

Also....i started studying design when i was 23

tell your family to fuck off my roommate is 23. If you can handle college then just do it

could i be cheeky and ask to see your folio? its been a awhile and i dont talk to any of my class no more, im gonna search for temp agencies that look for design work though thats a good idea!

Ok you live in england, then I recommend you an easy warehouse job. I worked in Sports Direct, they take anyone and pay ok.. You get a training for 2 hours and that's all, then you walk (pick stuff) or put stuff into boxes.. Easy job.

get on snapchat add chanellafer to as a friend and ask for dough

Sorry. Not putting my personal information on Sup Forums...nothing personal.
My first design job was $15/hr (less than min. Wage in australia) at a print shop....i was their only designer...mostly did printing...made the occasional business card/cafe menu though.

kek no i understand i wasn't really thinking about that. and you got that job through a regular job agency?

I'm on the same position OP. Let's die together

there is a sports direct in my city centre, can you apply in store for sports direct?

I applied directly for that... the manager was looking unimpressed when he found out i had no experience until i offered to work free. He started paying me after 2 weeks

Start making gay porn and earn money from fags

You can always find work as a mindsweeper in South Africa or Cambodia.

I'll Venmo you some money if you're cute.

thats pretty cool, im writing all this down because i'm a donut and wouldn't even think of that myself
gonna look for a print shop when i sort my portfolio out

60 seconds then I'm logging out.

Alright then. Good luck fatty brit.

thank you

goodbye love

If your family hates you for not having a job, they aren't a very good family. I'd love family if they were living in a cardboard box wrapped up in newspaper, smelling like garbage. A lot of seniors and people in their 40's-50's don't seem to realize just what time we are living in. My grandfather quit one job and was hired at a new on within the following 3 days. It was the early 70's and things were different. I live in Michigan and it has been tough finding solid work, especially in my area. I'm basically in the middle of nowhere and I can't really move unless I lace up my shoes and walk. Of course, temperatures are getting to be well below freezing and it would most likely kill me to do so. I'm fortunate to have family that loves me enough to help me out. I do what I can to get money where I can and I always help them out with anything they need without complaint. The temperature was 30 below freezing where I live and it'd be suicide to try and make it in the street. So they've taken me in for the time being. I've had work, but I'm struggling to get back on my feet. Not everyone gets a break man.
