THIS is why Socialism is fucking cancer. You get a fuckton bureaucracy for NOTHING. NAUGHT. Except a stagnant economy and NO WA to roll the socialist shit back, because 8/10 journalists and teachers vote for Socialist parties, kids are indoctrinated, and everyone is afraid of having to take care of themselves, thinking they can't do it. Play around with the cost of living site, and try some cities comparable to Danish cities of any size. Just try and make them relatively equal in pop. density and wealth, and I GUARANTEE you that it will more expensive in Denmark.
Denmark has something like 0.5-ish% growth on average for the last few years, while the US has had 2% on average, which is pretty healthy.
Now let me tell you why Denmark is #1 for doing business. Less costly, more streamlined, less regulation, easier overall, easier to pay taxes, free trade, etc. Go check it at doingbusiness.org/rankings. Denmark is a Libertarian's wet dream, relatively, beaten only by a few others. Why is Denmark then suffering from poor economic performance? Because it's FUCKING EXPENSIVE to be rich or successful here.
