This is just wrong. Not only wrong, but also immoral

This is just wrong. Not only wrong, but also immoral.

It's 2016. It's about time for the United States to join all other advanced countries and establish universal healthcare. It's the right thing to do.

We should have this and basic income. I say this as a Trump supporter.

why dosnet the govternmant just print more mony so we can all have free stuff??? xDDD

>immoral

its actually criminal
there is a grand criminal scheme behind why things like this are allowed

Honestly a basic income is something we inevitably need with the increased mechanization of industry. We can't have everyone be an engineer or CEO.

who cares about going bankrupt bro? I thought liberals don't care about money man?

seriously xDD they won't do that becuase they're jerks!

>implying there is a "we"

this is why I live on my own land, no economic changes can effect me

>nerdwallet health analysis

Rather be bankrupt then dying waiting for a fucking referral.

then why do more people come to the US to get treatment than any other country?

oh yeah it's better here

Wow, less than 0.07% of the population. We should totally make everyone poorer through higher taxes to mitigate this crisis.

Now compare to wait times and overall quality of care.

It's 2016. No one should be going bankrupt. Especially in America, such a highly developed country.

Are you saying we should take away people's right to overspend? Why don't we just mandate everyone pay for $300/month health insurance and then no one will go bankrupt :^)

>CURRENT YEAR

So I should lose 10% of my income because a tiny minority of people couldn't negotiate reasonable terms with their insurance company?

>ITS THE CURRENT FUCKING YEAR

>move medical costs to taxes
>people live in poverty from heavy taxes
>at least we aren't broke from medical bills!!

That's like if I owed money to my neighbor so I took out a loan to pay him back then bragged that I owe 0 money to my neighbor while ignoring my bank debt

erm i had to declare bankruptcy because of medical bills, so your pic related is bullshit

Hey OP, do you have a graphic that gives us the number of rapes committed by middle eastern refugees for the same countries in a given year?

>>people live in poverty from heavy taxes
Is this what Americans actually believe is happening outside of their utopian freedomland?

Does anyone have that "Urban the II why are we crusading against the muslims?" edit?

all those euro countries are going bankrupt.

nice meme.

> own land
K E K
jews own your land tho

the netherlands doesn't even have bankrupcy for a natural person just for legal entities
most of the rest probably aso don't have anything comparable to USA civil bankrupcy laws

Thanks confused Germany.

Have you ever been to a part of the US with low taxes and a low cost of living? There are poor people in the US with far more purchasing power than middle class Europeans due to a low cost of living.

...

Honestly, if I had to choose between going bankrupt for my medical treatment, or dying in the waiting room, I'd probably have to go with the bankruptcy.

Would be nice if it was just 10%.
Germany's rate is now 14.6% (was 15.5% until last year) not counting the state and church run hospitals directly funded by tax money, not counting the private insurance cross funding not counting the countless government services and companies also funded by tax money.

When you have private insurance or just want to pay the bill yourself the doctor may charge 1.5 to 3.5 more, usually 2.7 times, or whatever you negotiate than the central health fund leading to better care for a lot less money and a lot of envy and hatred towards privately insured Germans.
When you call a doctor, you will say that you have private insurance or are a self paying patient and you will get an appointment a lot quicker.
In a hospital you will get better and quicker treatment.

Because private insurance is so much cheaper, the state and EU regulated it so that it gets more and more expensive, and only lets people above a certain income off the hook to get one.
For example the EU forced the private insurances of Germany to take the same amount of money from men as from women, despite women living 5-7 years longer and getting sick far more often.
Also the company that offers private insurance has to pay a fixed amount of money to the state health care fund depending on revenue, of course making private insurance more expensive.
And countless other regulations to follow.

Fun fact:
All state employees in Germany have a special insurance counting as private directly funded by tax money, because it is cheaper and offers far better care than their own socialist model.

Just to give you guys a peak into our system which is neither full private nor full socialist.
I personally think it is not necessary to keep everyone alive no matter the cost and force everyone to pay for this just to feel better that some old useless people can watch TV two years longer.

Why do leftists ALWAYS pretend we have a free market in health in America?

Healthcare used to be quality and affordable for everyone in America before the government got involved.

freenation.org/a/f12l3.html

whoever caused it, the point is the current state of things is unacceptable

This fucking shit.

Eh nah. Bankruptcy isn't death. Really it's a way to discharge bills you can't pay.

IT'S CURRENT YEAR

>he somehow thinks its ok that we can readily deny people for preexisting conditions so they can't get coverage for it.

>pay for healthcare
>discover you had a rare genetic illness that affects you later in life (ie huntingtons disease)
>health care company denies you all claims because "you technically had it before you signed up"

There's literally nothing wrong with filing for bankruptcy.

>bills wiped
>debt wiped
>credit score plummets but not a big deal

>not a big deal
>can't get a loan for anything for years
>can't take equity out of your house
>can't get a credit card
>can't get a private loan for a car
and even if you do get a loan the interest rate is going to be ass huge or they'll demand 1:1 collateral
