as I said, it's for my work and I needed it asap and that was the only thing available in next day delivery. OS (ubuntu in this case) is installed on the ssd. The dual 10gbase network is used for data transmission for SDR and it sure is required for the amount of data it produces. Inside that SDR there are two daughtercards witch both can be used the same time, hence the dual 10g

Because if it's the minimum 512 mb, that's 334 on amazon right now.
You could buy 5-10 1 Terabyte HDD and set up a RAID 5 and have almost the same read/write speed, probably save money, FUCKLOAD more space, and have all the perks aforementioned in my previous post.
I will never be convinced SSD isn't overrated until price decreases along with having a better life expectancy than that of a fucking flash drive.

face it Sup Forumsro, NVMe's are leaving platter/disc based storage devices in the dust.
Only at the 3-4 year mark after almost 100% constant abuse did a significiant portion fail with an expected 12% failure per year afterwards.
Also by this data there is only about a 5.1% failure rate due to defect and 1.4% just being fuckin unlucky.
For average PC fag, this means their HDD as long as they aren't the 6.5% will unless they just somehow have their drives running practically 24/7 at full loads almost certainly have up to 5-10+ years of life in each HDD.
HDD, just plain beats the absolute fuck out of SSD in every conceivable way from a pricing perspective.
Go ahead, shell out 5 grand on 5-10 1 TB SSD. versus grabbing 5-10 HDD for 500 bucks and having practically same meaningful speed speed.
Maybe your retard-tier contributions will help their product become actually viable.
