Went flying today with my grandpa. What did you guys do today?

Took my grandson for a flight. It was awkward, we barely talk to eachother, it took ages to get him out of the house. I think he might be gay.

Lol

What airport?
What type of aircraft?

I've spent the whole day learning sdl.

I slept in, ate lunch, then took a nap. Sunday is the only day i can do this unfortunately.

What type of Cherokee is that? 180?

I was doing my job as a pilot when these two gay faggots boarded the plane hand in hand. I think they're into ageplay or something. Either way, the youngest one was fat as fuck, and kept talking to the grandpa looking guy about traps or something. Maybe they're going hunting?

I've been hung over all day and finally couldn't hold back the puke. Was a solid three minute time of my face in the toilet. I feel much better now, best thing I've done all day

Its a tomahawk, Lincoln airport

Faggot

Traumahawk haha

Aaah, the good old Traumahawk. Ask him to do some spins.

Anyone here actually a pilot? Currently working as a meat bomber

Kek.
Op here and I choose this comment to win the thread.

I miss my old plane, shouldn't have sold it, but then again at least I didn't have to deal with it during Hurricane Irma.

Put it in some random cunts hangar

Yes, and also how the hell did you get such a fun job? Kicks the shit out of sightseeing tours.

Yeah random cunts hangars wanted $900 a month. I sold it one month before Irma hit. It was based in KMTH. I got fucking lucky.

It’s my first job, it can be fun but like many pilot jobs it’s also mind numbingly repetitive and they pay is terrible.

I'd give all the money I have for one more afternoon with my grandfather. Enjoy these times, OP. They'll be gone too soon.

What do you fly and where are you based? Honestly it kicks the shit out of instructing, at least your job isn't having people try you kill you and themselves all day.

I was sitting at my desk doing flight traffic as usual and some pilot kept talking over the radio about how he was bored flying around old people and faggots because he didn't make it in to commercial airline school.

Real true story here from last year in South Florida:

Two guys are on CTAF chatting up a storm in spanish, no one get get a word in. Goes on for 45 minutes until they got below the horizon. Best part was someone stepping on them screaming "BUILD THE GOD DAMN WALL"

Good to know you took your time to write such a shitty reply.

I fly a GA8 airvan, I won’t say exactly where but it’s somewhere in Australia.

Yeah I decided against becoming an instructor because I don’t think I could spend that many hours in the righ hand seat with someone who has literally no idea what they are doing. Fuck even I get a little anxious on final sometimes, can’t imagine what it’s like with a low time student, nerves of steel, mad respect.

Stay mad in your basement kid.

Lucky

Robbed some retard who was out flying with his grandkid.

There was a lot of gay porn in that home, I left in disgust and didn't even take anything.

Finished shift. Might be going for a walk.

How is it?

Tutorials then documents ;)

>GA8 airvan
Whats you FPM in climb? How fast can you get her down? Just steep turns or slip or what?

I am insanely jealous, the only skydiving op around here is family owned and operated, you have to literally marry into getting to fly for them. My god the chick pilot is a fucking hottie though, but married, but fucking hot. Her German accent makes her sound super pissed off on CTAF.

I am still debating going CFI, my PPL instructor had actual back problems from students making so many positive landings. Shit, even I nailed the 3rd cable a few times.

My dream job is to be a DPE though. A cool $250K a year easy and only flying with people who have already been taught. Make your own hours, make 150% money when someone fails.

Generally about 700 fpm but comes down to around 500 by FL150. getting it down involves trimming for 140kn, pointing it at the ground, and making sure the engine doesn’t shock cool, takes about 7-8 mins.

It’s always nice hearing ladies on the radio, so easy to listen to, makes the day easier for sure.

My dream is major domestic airlines where the good money is. But that’s a long way off yet.
