QI:

So we all agree the show is dead now, right?

>Women in charge of quick wit

The BBC is trying to sabotage itself so it can become privitized and earn shekels for private companies

You see it happen to public assets all the time

Can't stand Alan Davies tbhfam so I barely watched the show anyway.

she always seemed like an alright fit, she's up there with Stephen in being a pedant and her humour tends to be trivia based

as always with panel shows it's just waiting to see how the chemistry develops between her and the panelists, because it's hard to judge in a vacuum

>literally what who why when or where

the only people that liked this show in the first places were tories, right?

Why would you say that?

She was pretty good actually, better than expected

I really like it, currently watching it entirely for the first time and I have nothing to do with brits, the woman can be funny but I doubt she can replace Fry

that doesn't make any sense

ok you just outed yourself as a 14 year old great job mate

I would have Sandi Tostvig over Fry any day of the week

>trivia based
DUDE WINDSCREEN WIPERS LMAO

It has been on the way out for a few years now 2bh.

It died a while ago. Last nail in the coffin was when they finally did away with general ignorance. Toksvig taking over had no discernible drop in quality.

Post panelkino.

nothing else compares

...

2007-08 was this show's peak imo.

Maybe 2004-06 was Alan Davies's peak, where he was almost carrying the show by himself, but then they started making most of the guest panellists comedians so he didn't have to talk as much.

Nah, she's fine. The first episode was ok.

Brydon is a smug dickhole, Lee Mack is obnoxious and unfunny.

Davies was never funny, except when he bit that tramp's ear in self-loathing rage.
