Sugar makes you fat, fat is healthy. Don't drink anything other than water. Stop eating refined carbohydrates, bread, cake, pasta. Hard mode: stop eating rice and potatoes. Limit the amount of fruit you eat. Eat more meat, eggs, fish, spinach, cabbage.
