I've seen how you scrawny punks eat, you guys think you are eating a lot, but you really aren't. Skinny guys bodies usually respond better to sport rather than lifting weights.
Do both for quicker/better results.

Count your calories. You won't see noticeable results for at least 6 months. If you give up, you didn't want it enough. Good luck user.

I'm assuming you've never done ab workouts before, so maybe start with elbow planks 40 seconds in sets of 2, 30 seconds elbow planks with hip twists, sets of 2. 40 crunches, 40 heel touches, 50 russian twists, 5reps 3 sets hanging knee raises, 15reps 3 sets leg raises, and maybe a few barbel ab rollouts. Honestly this info is kind of vague, basically do as many of these exercises as you can fathom and then 3 more, and that's your limit.

Pay attention to form, crunches can sometimes mess with your back, and if you do leg raises and generally have back issues it helps to place you hands behind your lower back so it doesn't lift. You can add weights to some exercises when they become too easy for you.
