I live in 4th world country.

>be me
>26yo, 182cm/6ft, 94kg weight
>running usually 10-15km twice a week (sometimes 4 times, sometimes just once)
>running outside
>air pollution is here sometimes ~2500% above norms (PM 2,5 and 10, SO2, NO2, O3, CO)
>started coughing few months ago
>unable to fully breath in and out
>coughing again
>sometimes nose bleeding (deeply)

Doctor said everything is good, not to worry and to get use to it. Fucking 4th world country with catholic fanatics.

HELP ME.

OP HERE

I forgot.

Please note that this pic was taken on a machine from 40's - 50's.

Oh, Poland ?

What a stupid ass doc in your shitty country. Probably paid to pass the garbage medical school there with bribes.

Go to an developed country where doctors here actually have to work thier ass off and are more educated.

Something is def fucking wrong with you. And Jesus fucking Christ 2500%? Move the fuck out. Or go run with a hazmat suit on

How did you guess?

I paid for the consultation... That is why I had consultation at all. If it was for rhe national fund I would have wait a long, long time...

Can't move out cause too poor.

Can anyone tell something from the pic of my lungs?

PS. I paid for the photo too, doctor on national fund did not want me to go for x-ray couse there is no reason.

gg.

I live in Hungary, now I fear for my life.
Too much similarities, only I have no coughing problem but a serious allergy problem and strangely cracking teeth (in symmetrical pattern), doctor says let it crumble.
I have to work non-stop for a year or so just to have enough extra cash to go to a decent (paid, non-national fund) dentist.
Fuck this third world shithole!

Nice trips.

Yeah, same, but I do not go to dentist anymore cause I just do not have money, I could go to dentist on national fund, but after 2 surgeries I had on national fund I am not going there anymore.

Almost lost a foot and I have now incurable wound after surgery (5 years now). Plus a lot of pain.

National fund killed my grandma and 25% people would say the sime, their keen died in public hospitals, but before going there they were FUCKING HEALTHY.

I paid 50% of my monthly salary just to be properly anesthethized and pulled out my tooth. One. One hour of work, 50% of salary POOF.

It will never change here, people to dumb to go into capitalism. Socialism is still strong here. And worse - catholic-socialism.

saw this video posted somewhere, anyone got the link?

Do you suffer from sinus problems? Have you peed blood or have any peeing symptoms? how about your skin?

Your RXay looks good, though.

My skin is ok, I guess. Did not notice any changes.

Yes, I have constantly full nose and sinus. When I clean it out, there is blood with purulence.

XRay is good? Nothing bad there?

>medfag
I’m not a doctor, but I am in the medical field. We need more of your symptoms. Your chest x-rays look OK but I wish the pic was a bit higher quality. It almost looks like pic related, which is a diagnosis of acute asthma. You ever been prescribed an inhaler? Asthma wouldn’t necessarily surprise me but it’s gotta be pretty aggressive to cause nosebleeds like you’re describing. Maybe if left untreated.

Just go out. You being able to speak english , even if it is just basic level, is cash, hard cash especially in the polak colonies in the EU. You will make money quickly, translating mail, writing official papers, €50 each is the standard.
Hell, you can even do a correspondant attorney school, the western EU states pay these stuff, so you can build on your local services even more.

whats the cough like?

I would assume that it is not only the basic level since I work in a corporation and I need to contact people from UK and other countries on daily basis, but who knows. Maybe I am a pajeet at all.

Correspondant attorney school? What the fuck is that? Law degrees here are strictly managed, even if you finish master degree in law here and would like to become a lawyer you CAN'T because you need to find some actual lawyer that would teach you stuff and allow you (YES, private lawyer that would allow you) to try with national test... If you fail, well, another year...

It's not that easy. WOuld love to study economics, but I am shit at maths.

Asthma? Really? Even if I am able to run for 15km straight? Never had any issues with breathing, I was just fat at some poing (125km almost) and that was my turning point.

What symptoms you need? Just ask.

Wouldnt go with asthma as most people have extreme difficulties breathing during an attack and it seems like OP never experienced something like that.

The xray is shit though the lympenode on the right side close to the heart does look funny. Normally you would see the blood vessels more clear.

Dry, aggresive.

Plus when I go to sleep, for example, and lie on my side, I can feel something in my throat moving, making my breath hard and noisy. After few coughs, it's gone for XX minutes.

...

have you lost any weight?

any lab results in the near past?

or other things besides the xray

Have you ever experienced an attack of any kind like is suggesting? A period of time where you feel like you literally can’t breath and are gasping for breath? Is there anything that makes you feel worse or better? You describe the cough as dry and aggressive. Is it productive? Anything coming up with it? Any blood?

Running isn’t impossible with asthma. It just gets progressively harder, which it seems like it has been if you’re coming here.

Exposing your lungs to irritants definitely isn’t helping you, even if you don’t have asthma. This other guy seems to have some more experience with x-rays. I’d listen to him. My experience is limited, I’m mainly a “medic” of sorts in the field but occasionally treat patients in a hospital setting with actual equipment. You need to get out of that country. Invest in an air purifier/filter for your home.

Just XRay.

Blood is always good or excellent, beside OB that is always X times higher than normally because I have open wound after cystis pilonidalis, never healed after the surgery, still open (couple mm).

I lost over 30kg of fat. Was 123kg, now I am 94kg (grew muscles, lost fat). I can give you pic if you want.

I am at stable 92-96 now for a year.

Wow, after reading posts like this I'm glad that I live in a proper country where healthcare is mostly free and proper quality.

During my life I was in local hospitals several times. Last one was serious as fuck: I got into big crash on my motorcycle, and broke my leg and arm. Leg was bad: It had an internal bleeding.

Ambulance came just couple of minutes after the crash, and I was hospitalized. In the hospital they immediately made me a full body MRI, X-Ray, blood analysis, tetanus vaccination (just in case), and all the other necessary stuff. They put me to sleep with anesthesia, and made a urgent surgery on my leg. They fixated my broken femur with a temporary ridgepole, and put me into intensive care unit. Couple of days later they made me another operation - they replaced the temporary outer ridgepole with a French titanium pin inside my femur bone, and they also fixed my broken arm. Surgeon did a perfect job on both my leg and arm: he aced it.

~10 days later I was out of the hospital, and started my recovery process. By the way, do you know how much did they charge me? ZERO. Everything they done was covered by my free medical government insurance (all citizens have it, and it's free), and I didn't pay them anything.

My recovery process was controlled by the doctor in the local clinic near my house. They were sending me to the X-Ray every couple of months to see how the recovery process is going. It was going normally. Again, all that was completely free.

One year after the crash they took out the titanium pin out of my femur in the same hospital. It was almost free - I only had to pay a little bit of money (like $50) too speed things up. Otherwise I would have to wait a month, or something like that.

I'm completely recovered now, thanks to my country healthcare system.

Sometimes there is something going out, yellow/green/brown/purple? Something like that. But rarely. I only guess I can hear that while lying and breathing, it's difficult then.

I never had any attack that I was unable to breath. Not that I remember.

Would like to get out of that country, but where? Western EU has niggers everywhere, ghetto literally, sweden is already a dead country. I am a white man, willing to work, learn, contribute to society and help others... I can;t stand fucking political correctness and niggers destroying white civilization.

Canada? Same shit. USA? Can;t go there cause I live in Poland, they do not allow us to enter US (visas).

Iceland? Too poor to even buy a ticket there.

After 3 years of work I managed to save maybe $1000. ANd believe me, I buy 1 pair of shoes a year, one pants etc.

>free healthcare

Stopped reading there.

Nothing is free. You pay in taxes... Educate yourself , please. I am OP, we have "free" healthcare here - I do not have any friend that would do that, they allw ant to lvie and not to waste health.

I would recommend you take a blood test, including ANCA antibodies. You should also go to a pneumologist and take spiromethry.

(I am sorry if this is not spelled right, english is not my native language.)

I was at the doctor (lungs specialist) and he prescribed me spiromethry! Yes, rpescribed, now I have to wait like couple of months to do the test (hurray "free" healthcare).

I will try to do that quicker, but need money.

sorry OP but the xray is way to bright to see anything.

I added a xray of how it should look and there are no major differences.

I would go with some kind of bronchitis which would make sense since you were talking about air pollution.

will try to take better picture

how old are you, btw? Have you lost weight? intermitent fever?

I strongly recommend you take an ANCA blood test, at least while you are waiting to take the spiromethry.

Well, I'm sorry that your county is so much worse than mine. Too bad you didn't read my comment: otherwise you would know how good government healthcare system might work in a proper countries.

>After 3 years of work I managed to save maybe $1000. ANd believe me, I buy 1 pair of shoes a year, one pants etc.

wow, what do you work and how old are you man?

For the same amount of time I was able to save ~ $20k USD in bulgaria (IT field) which isnt much better than poland .... either move anywhere better than poland or change your job.

Tried again.

...

>it field
say no more

IT fags here earn like $6000-8000 a month while I struggle with ~$700 a month.

I am not IT.

>26
>now working in corporation
>before City Guard Officer

Be a translator on fiverr

It could be Wegener's Disease.

OP is 26.... the epidemiology is like 2 : 100.000 highly unlikely

I meant the way the xray was taken is shit! Its way to bright to see the parenchym of the lung... you should be able to see the vertebrae in their shape then its a good picture!

The next time you are at the doctor pitch him the idea of a bronchtis and see where it takes him ;)

also my apologies for my medical english...not a native speaker

I mean, the purulent sinus issue with recurrent epistaxis, weight loss, the progressive dyspnoae. With a normal Xray, it is a long shot, but it must be discarted.

I support the other's user recommendation: take a spiromethry and pletismography, and C-ANCA antibodies.

>Would like to get out of that country, but where? Western EU has niggers everywhere, ghetto literally, sweden is already a dead country. Kek you deserve to live there you racist pos have fun dying

I see nothing abnormal in the x-ray that you showed, if you continue to experience bleeds I would probably suggest a bronchoscopy.

okey ka lang mehn
