I'm halfway season 1, I'll let you know when I ever get the feeling to watch ugly women and nothing happening

No its basically right wing porn

It's another "someone fucks with jack episode." Bad guise never learn.

Season 5 is, without a doubt, the greatest TV show in history

TELL ME WHERE THE BOMB IS
WHERE ARE THE FILES
WHO ARE YOU WORKING FOR
dammit dammit dammit

yes the more nos you hear on here equals yeses

Yea but the latest season of it was really bad

just really bad writing and all, it's not even necessarily that jack was old, that could've been worked around.

The only bad part of Live Another Day is the useless timeskip.

Heller's last scene was heartbreaking

It's more post-9/11 porn

Not sure, I bailed after a while. didn't make it to the end. Didn't want my memories of the show tarnished

SON OF A BITCH

youtube.com/watch?v=S-iDguioxV8

Yeah cuz season 8 was really top notch last 1/4 was good at least 24 always manages to be pretty hype coming down to the end

DAMMIT CHLOE WE'RE RUNNING OUT OF TIME

GOAT character coming through

YOU SONUVABITCH

YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYONE BUT YOURSELF

No, it cashed in entirely of fear of terrorists, it has been completely forgotten by pop culture.

i want to give myself brain damage so I can rewatch this series again for the first time

Wrong.

GIVE ME A NAME

>tfw can't watch kiefer's other work because he will always be jack bauer to me

Confirmed for not watching the show.

Confirmed for xenophobic bush dick rider

STANDING

Season 1 drags on a bit but after that I think it's pretty good, other than a few boring subplots

It's a show you binge watch while you try to forget about your girlfriend breaking up with you or life in general

this
seeking a show like that right now btw

>Freaks and Geeks
>Lost
>Twin Peaks
>Mad Men

I'd say X files and Friday Night Lights too because I've heard nothing but good things, I just couldn't get into them personally.

I don't get this, Jack's life is depressing as fuck, not the kind of show i would want to watch if I was sad

>saw it all

damn they won't stop leaving me

>it's 15 years since you watched season 1 for the first time
>COMPLETELY hooked from the very first episode

>Its another jack takes interrorgation too far but gets results

Renee is best waifu

Terminator jack is best scene

>It's an " It's an x episode" poster forgets to put "episode" at the end of his post episode

>It's another Jack should have already gotten the congress medal and is right but they still won't listen to him series

Entertaining, possibly, how the fuck should I know?

Terrible for society. Perpetuates the worst police state memes that nobody has any rights as long as there's danger to be foiled.

Perpetuates the factually incorrect notion that violence and torture are an effective way to deal with "bad guys".

>that scene when Jack shoots Robocop's wife in the leg and blames him for it

Classic Bauer

When it first came out, it kinda flew under the radar. But the people that gave it a chance stuck with it and praised it a lot. I was stationed in alaska sharing a house with 3 other people, and t of them were super into it. When it came out on dvd, me and my other roommate marathoned the season over the course of a week. This is the show that defined the concept of marathoning a show. This is also when netflix (the old school mail dvd netflix) starting getting big.

I loved seasons 1-3. I don't remember much about 4. I think after 4 is when the wrtiters' strike happened. That jack goes to africa mini movie was stupid. Willy fucked it all up. When he went to DC I watched the first two episodes and gave up.

It's pretty fun and addictive when it's straight-up about Jack operating mercilessly, incredibly uneven when dealing with side plots and characters though, and also very formulaic and repetitive, so while its constant cliffhangers make it great for marathoning it, you also end up burning out very quickly and seeing all the obvious flaws and shitty writing.

Alias started the same year and was the much better spy show but somehow got eclipsed by Lost and forgotten, despite it still being the best thing JJAbrams has done.

Shitload of awful filler subplot stuff in every episode

lol what utter pleb pinions

of course you're just pretending to be retarded

I know that feel

It was, except for Season 6

Seasons 3, 5 and 7 were my favourite.

Season 6 a shit

Game was actually playable despite assault rifles being better than the actual snipers themselves. Also addressed some plot points that weren't concluded in season 2

Tony did nothing wrong except finishing what he started

I second this.

>THEY'RE SHOOTING AT US

>it's an user insists 24 is a Republican show episode

That's why the best president of all time on 24 is a black Democrat.

Best villain coming through.

>That's right Jack, I'm watching you

I didn't like the last six episodes of season 7 because of Tony going full terrorist just to get to some completely new guy we never heard about before and is now suddenly the mastermind behind Day 5. He should have gone after Logan. That would have been way more personal. What a missed opportunity.

season 2-6 is

>it's a Jack cries his heart out episode

I've never ever considered 24 to be right-wing, it's more a case of not bowing to political correctness.

I know what you mean, watching him as President is just strange.

I wish his character wasn't such a weak cuck, hopefully he'll go through some development.

I like the glasses though.

5 > 9 > 3 > 7 > 2 > 1 > 4 > 8 > 6

Alies was much more silly with really bad subplots and sci-fi shit in later seasons.
Was pretty fun, though.
But 24 is better.

he didnt go full terrorist to get that guy he did it cause he was pooper peeved michelle died

when he was undercover he was only half bad, still pulled the plane up instead of crashing it and gave jack the code to join the op.

I can agree with this if you swap 7 and 9 around

Bill was the best bro.

season 5 is conspiracykino

season 1 is a pleb filter

Season 1: Classic (with a few hiccups)
2: Near perfect
3: Interesting, with great moments, plus Chloe. But flawed.
4: Good.
5: PERFECT.
6: Train wreck, with an incredible 4-episode beginning.
7: Meh, has it's moments.
8: Okay, with some great episodes toward the end.
9: Solid first half, but mediocre 2nd half.

I don't get why people hate season 6 so much. Granted, the implausibility of Jack's family being involved is something I didn't get, but it didn't resonate so badly with me as it did others.

>it's a Jack equips full combat armor and kidnaps a former president of the United States in broad daylight in a major city by assaulting his armored vehicle with a giant fucking rifle episode
best one

Regina King.

Kate Morgan best girl

She's also the most likely to survive a dicking from Jack.

im gonna get good and drunk for the new 24 so my standards are lowered

Ugh thats such a newfriend opinion.

Renee shits on that blonde

Just a generic blonde bimbo that snaps necks with her earmuffs. Renee was better.

Renee had like two seasons to prove herself though, Kate was obviously based only a few episodes in.

Why do people tend to disregard season 3?

I said Season 3 was interesting and had great moments. That's not "disregard".

>tfw thinking of rewatching 24

Should I do it bros?

It just seems like most people rate season lower than the rest of the original 1-5 run and I wonder why. It was easily a top 3 season for me.

Maybe some people thought that the heroin thing was too silly.

Yeah, though it's a bit sad to see all the suffering Jack goes though while knowing it gets worse and worse for him.

pish, it was pure pish

the game is kinda fun, if you watch all the cutscenes before and after each mission it almost feels like another season of the show

The daughter stuff was the worst. At least the conspiracies were somewhat main plot related.

>tfw no PC version
